Traditional self levelling concrete base need to be smoothed to obtain a flat surface and finished with trowelling, and often do not return perfect planarity to the surfaces.
Self-leveling screed is a dry premix made of special cements, classified sands and specific additives to improve workability and optimize self-leveling properties. Spreads evenly on the laying surface and just finish it with the appropriate leveling bar. The surface is perfectly smooth, compact, without cracks, a subbase suitable for supporting all kinds of flooring for civil use and more generally for large indoor surfaces in schools, gyms, offices, warehouses and in retail.
SELF-LEVELLING ANHYDRITE BASE
The anhydrite self-leveling screed consists of selected granulometers, making it suitable for radiant floors due to its thermal properties, mechanical strength, high dimensional stability and near zero residual moisture. It is also biocompatible. It is installed without the need for use of electrowelded net or expansion joints (up to 400 square meters) and in comoparison with cement screeds dries faster, with no shrinkage cracks.
The remarkable smoothness of the mix ensures complete wrapping of the pipes, avoiding losses due to air leakage, and above all permits the laying of the screed in lower thicknesses (starting from 3 cm) than those required by the traditional types. Quick and precise execution, walkable 24 hours after laying.
